"We spend two days within one month meeting greyhound racing enthusiasts in the city of Soisson, in the north of France. The first day of shoot was the day of the season training’s opening, when the raiser/coach meet each other. They exchange timing results and tricks, and help their dogs to get to know the racing track. We came back one month later, to see the first race of the year. Amongst the crowd, there was a mix of passionate people, onlookers and happy gamblers."
